The latest Insight enhancements and bug fixes went into effect January 7th, 2021. Among this update were changes to better align the Business Units with Rockwell recent changes. Chatter has also been enabled and Chatter related lists to Customers, Customer Contracts, and Opportunities added. Outlook Connector updates also went into effect, including the calendar sync fix, task management, email logging, and log-a-call functionality.
