Technology is always changing and nothing is made to foresee future issues and any anomalies, so keeping abreast of any product notifications, safety advisories and product obsolescences that may be occurring, are important to your operation, maintenance and safety of your plant.
Of course, to have the most up to date information on your Rockwell Automation products, you can set up notifications for all their Product Safety Advisories and Product Notices.
--------------------------------------
We suggest that you create a profile on Rockwell's knowledgebase and request that all product notifications be sent directly to your email box.
Rockwell Automation Knowledgebase: https://rockwellautomation.custhelp.com/app/answers/list/st/5/kw/Product%20Safety%20Advisory/page/1
You can also search for "Product Safety Advisory" on the knowledgebase like above.

You can select multiple Products and Categories in the same session, but each is a separate line item.
To request a notification on a PSA, a PN or another notification type, complete the following:
The Knowledgebase Favorites & Subscription Settings webpage will display:
Note that if you select a Product Family here, your notifications will include individual Products within that Product Family.
More level(s) of search criteria options may display, each with its own drop-down menu. These work the same as the previous drop-down menus.
After entering all desired Products, you can also add Categories for which you want to receive notifications, or you can exit. To exit, see step 6.
The sample below indicates you want notifications on the Category Product Safety Advisories and Notices.
Keep in mind that notifications do not expire. If you no longer want to receive a notification to which you currently subscribe, refer to the next topic, titled Deleting Notifications.
To delete a notification, complete the following steps.
The Knowledgebase Favorites & Subsrciption Settings webpage will display:
In the Categories / Product Subscription Settings section of this webpage, all current Product and/or Category notifications you previously selected (if any) will be listed.
The selected item is deleted.
You can delete other items, add new items for notification, or logout then exit the webpage.
